    The biggest problem with diets: MONOTONY!

    Hello, my dears!

    I want to tell you a little bit about what the problem of my clients has been over the years and why I launched this platform!
    A different approach: from the number of kilograms to the appearance of the body
    You need to understand that I approach weight loss or "looking good" from a different perspective, that of fitness. Basically, I combine what a nutritionist does and more, because what interests me in the end is the appearance of the body, not just the number on the scale.
    I prioritize maintaining and developing muscle mass, while the client loses weight. Why? Because muscle mass means health and longevity! It is the healthiest option for the body, and this is scientifically proven.
     

    From this point of view, as a fitness coach, I try to offer a solution that follows some clear rules:

    1. The number of calories – This is where the equation of health begins.
    2. The ratio of macronutrients – this determines the physical appearance.

    This varies depending on each client's goal: weight loss, toning, body recomposition, but also depending on genetic information, health status, and lifestyle!

    Therefore, each woman needs a different approach, and this is why there is no universal solution.

    The challenges of a personalized meal plan

    So, for each person, I design a menu that follows these rules. It's not easy, and those of you who have tried to calculate calories or organize meals know what I'm talking about – I had many clients who came to me after many unsuccessful attempts! Because when I create a menu, while trying to follow the calculations, I also need to ensure the necessary diversity for the microbiome, micronutrients, minerals, and vitamins, aspects that directly affect the final result. And all this process requires a lot of trial and error.

     

    However, thanks to my experience, gained in the ten years of activity, during which I worked with thousands of women, for whom I created thousands of personalized plans, I am able to reach a balanced menu much easier than a woman who is just starting and making the mistake of building everything around her pleasures.

    However, these recipes cannot be changed weekly, as some clients might wish. Why?

    1. There aren't enough foods for constant variety.
    2. Designing a plan is hard work, especially when the client has dietary restrictions.

    Basically, changing a menu weekly just because someone is bored with it is not realistic or feasible for clients. It's not easy to cook and shop constantly for something new; it's much simpler to create a routine that you can stick to.

     

    Thus, the solution remains a weekly menu that repeats as long as this equation works.
    This is where food monotony comes in: the problem for many clients!

    Unfortunately, many people feel that by eating healthily and balanced, they deprive themselves of a series of pleasures, and sadly, for most of my clients, monotony became very obvious when they made the transition from processed foods (those specially designed to make you addicted to them by perfectly combining sugar and fats) to natural foods.

     

    In fact, monotony existed even before my plan, but because the tastes offered pleasure, it was not realized until they switched to foods they liked less!
