    According to the calculations, your daily caloric requirement is 1996 Kcal, which is the level for maintaining your current weight. To lose weight, you should consume fewer calories daily, and to gain weight, a caloric surplus is necessary. The exact values are adjusted based on your personal goals and the desired percentage of change.
