    The 6-month program is ideal for those with more ambitious goals. It’s perfect for those who have more than 10 kg to lose compared to their ideal weight, for those who don't have a sports background and are just starting out, and for advanced individuals who want to achieve a FIT and well-defined look. This extended period offers enough time to do things right, with patience, and to integrate healthy habits that bring sustainable results.

    What you get in the 6 months:

    • Periodized training plan: 3-4 sessions per week, structured for 6 months.
    • Personalized meal plan: can be adjusted up to 4 times, every 6 weeks, based on your progress. After 3 months, you have the option to change your goal (e.g., from weight loss to toning).
    • Progress tracking section.
    • Ongoing support.

    Workouts

    Over the course of 6 months, you'll have access to 3-4 workouts per week, tailored for both home and gym, depending on your level and goals. These workouts repeat monthly and are updated at the end of each month, following a gradual progression in difficulty. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll have the opportunity to learn the movements correctly.
    The workouts are fully filmed and explained step by step, so you can perform the exercises correctly. Additionally, you'll receive information about fitness and nutrition, turning each session into an educational experience. The goal is to help you become independent, so you can continue your workouts effectively even after the program ends!

    Personalized Meal Plan

    The meal plan is a recommendation created specifically for you, based on your answers, to help you reach your goals. It is tailored to your needs, respecting your calorie requirements, macronutrient distribution, and preferred eating style.
    More than just a "diet," this plan restructures your nutrition, offering a sustainable approach to achieving your goals and turning this process into a healthy long-term lifestyle.

    Flexibility

    Don't worry if I haven't asked about your food preferences from the start!
    I’ve created a unique feature that allows you to change foods anytime you want or when you get bored of them. You can even generate a new recipe on the spot using your newly chosen ingredients.
    So, you have total flexibility to follow this plan without feeling restricted!

    Assessments and Adjustments

    Every 6 weeks, your meal plan is reassessed and adjusted, if necessary, based on your progress. After the first 3 months, you have the option to change your initial goal— for example, you can shift from Weight Loss to Toning or other directions that better suit your progress.
    The goal of the program is to support you in reaching your final goal, with flexibility and adaptability to your needs.
