3Months
The 3-month program is the minimum but optimal duration for visible body transformation. It’s ideal for those who want to try the program without a long-term commitment or for those who are at most +10 kg above their optimal weight. However, if your goal is more ambitious, keep in mind that 3 months may not be enough for complete results.
What you get in the 3-month fitness program:
- Periodized training plan: 3-4 sessions per week, structured for 3 months.
- Personalized meal plan: which can be adjusted up to 2 times, every 6 weeks, based on your progress.
- Progress tracking section.
- Ongoing support.

Workouts
Over the course of 3 months, you'll have 3-4 weekly workouts tailored for home or gym, based on your level and goal. These workouts repeat monthly and are updated at the end of each month, following a gradual progression in difficulty. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll have the opportunity to learn the movements correctly.
The workouts are fully filmed and explained step by step so you can perform the exercises properly. Additionally, you'll receive information on fitness and nutrition, making each session an educational experience. The goal is to help you become independent so you can continue training effectively even after the program ends!

Assessments
Every 6 weeks, your meal plan is reassessed and can be adjusted based on your progress. Changes are made only if necessary, with the aim of helping you get as close as possible to your final goal.
At the end of the 3 months, you can choose to continue the journey with me or keep access to the existing information through a monthly subscription of 15 EUR.
