After the holidays, I will start losing weight and I want to look good!

Motivation at the end of the year
The end of the year is approaching, and almost all women have big resolutions when it comes to health and beauty! And when I say this, I think of everything, from the appearance of the skin to the physical one. Essentially, we all want to find the fountain of youth and reach it as quickly as possible, with as little effort as possible! But how can you lose weight healthily and as quickly as possible?
Which is perfectly normal, but... how many times has this mindset brought you into a vicious circle? How many times have you started extreme changes, only for all the enthusiasm to fade in less than a month?
Common issues
Yes, yes… I know what I’m talking about, because I say this from the perspective of a woman who, over the last few years, has spoken to over 5000 women. And when I say “I’ve spoken,” I mean exactly that: I’ve listened to and advised thousands of women in their desire to change something.
Most of them face time constraints, daily stress, chaotic eating habits, and health issues such as hormonal imbalances, autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, etc. And the most frequent question among them is: “What should I eat to lose weight?”
Who am I?
I am Dana – Dana1to1Fitness, a fitness trainer, and my life goal is not only to help women become the best versions of themselves but also to teach them how to maintain these results easily and make them a lifestyle!
Before & After
I chose this result as an example because I know it will grab your attention and give you that strong impulse to start a change now! However, I’d like to take a minute and let me tell you what’s hidden behind this “wow”.
And she, like every other woman with a crazy daily rhythm, faced the same common problems as most of you. During this time, she felt powerless when she looked in the mirror and saw how she was losing control over her own body.
The moment she asked for my help, I provided the right solution for her: I balanced her nutrition and got her to exercise!
Can I succeed with an ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM?
Everything’s simple up until now, right? Well, not exactly! All this information had to be applied by her, all alone! And that’s the hardest part! Especially if your whole system of habits was built incorrectly.
Yes, it’s true, it’s not easy to form a new routine that involves a lot of discipline, especially at the age of maturity!
But what I want to tell you now is not meant to demotivate you, quite the opposite! Until you try this (meaning a nutritional routine and discipline) for yourself, you’ll never know how it is, whether it’s hard or easy, whether you can do it or not!
And until you try, you won’t truly understand what motivation means and how you can make those end-of-year resolutions come true in the new year!
The reality is that motivation has many shades, and most of the time, what you feel when you see this before & after is just a momentary impulse. True motivation only comes after you have a bit of patience and start seeing the first results!
But the only and main mistake you want to avoid, so that motivation doesn't fade, is not imagining that you go directly from your current situation to the final result!
Any transformation, whether it’s weight loss, toning, or weight gain, needs its time. It’s a journey with ups and downs, and it doesn’t happen overnight!
You’ll only succeed if you set realistic goals and only if you accept, once and for all, that this should represent a healthy lifestyle – not a momentary “heirup”!
You need a good strategy and, especially, a person with experience working with women! So, don’t rush into any experiment on your own body just because a new year is approaching.
Be patient, educate yourself, and when you're ready both mentally and physically, you will 100% succeed! Just stop making excuses and finding reasons to stay stuck. Time will pass anyway – whether you do something for yourself or not. The only difference will be when you look back at what you've achieved with pride or regret that you could have done more...
Big kisses,
